All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers. To receive an RMA numbers,
please email us to request information and we will issue the RMA numbers to you via email. RMA numbers
are only valid for 7 days, after that period it will be considered voided. We reserve the rights to refuse or
reject any merchandise returned to us without a RMA number or numbers that had exceed the 7-days

Limited Product Warranty:
All main aquarium non-electrical parts are under warranty by Aquatica Gallery LLC against manufacturer
defects in the material or workmanship for 1 year and 6 months warranty is granted for electrical
components from the date of purchase. If the material is found to be defective please consult your local
authorized dealer or contact our customer service representative directly for assistance. All warranty
claims must include date and original proof of purchase along with a RMA number. To obtain RMA
numbers please contact superpetstuff@gmail.com. Packages will be rejected and returned
to the sender without a valid RMA number clearly shown on the return packages. Once RMA has been received then For warranty claims please ship and attention to RMA department @ 12909 Sandoval St. Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 and replacement parts will be sent to you free of charge.

supported structure. The warranty is also void if the aquarium is moved when it is not completely empty,
or if it is used for other than its intended purpose.
This warranty is limited to replacement of the aquarium only. Warranty does not cover loss of fish,
personal injury, property loss, or damage arising out of use of the aquarium. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
